I have been helping women gain health and happiness since 2006. I am a personal trainer, yoga instructor and raw food chef. I am not all raw but believe in the power of nutritious whole foods and believe most in “finding what works best for you, as an individual because you are unique & special.”
I am 50 and have been through menopause and all the changes.
I found what worked – I actually got down to a weight I was in my 20′s. I improved my health and maintain a weight, a way of eating and lifestyle that suits me perfectly.
