A juicer is not required, I will show you how to make some fantastic vegetable juices with just a blender.

CRACKERS & WRAPS
Crackers: If you are a “crunch” lover like I am than you have to learn how to make raw crackers! These are so delicious and you can literally make any flavour, shape and texture that you want. I can show you how.
You will need a dehydrator for these crackers but you can also use your oven. All grain and gluten free. See how creative you can be with endless possibilities! These crackers are very nutrient dense and contain no sugar and are low in sodium (unlike crackers you buy).
Wraps: No more flour tortillas! You can make your own scrumptious wraps using ingredients such as chia, flax, veggies, fruit and coconuts. Wraps freeze very well which can make bringing lunch to work so much easier. They are filling and full of fiber and nutrients. Again, there are numerous possibilities for flavour and ingredients. Come and learn more.

“EAT CLEAN AND FOCUS ON HEALTH” – 6 WEEK GROUP COACHING/PROGRAM
It doesn’t matter if you have tried raw food before or if you have. This program is about starting – or re-starting – on the path to clean eating. It is not about being “ALL” raw because it will not. It is about eating for optimal health and learning how to prepare some really delicious food!! No dairy, no gluten!
We will meeting 1 x a week for a couple of hours. Will go over nutritional information, discussion, questions & answers and 1-2 recipes. You will also receive a suggested eating plan along with recipes.
