Thanks so much for your comment. There is so much more and I really want to educate people about how important nutrition is for their body and their mind. There is so much &quot;junk&quot; out there that should be eliminated because there is also a lot of really good healthy food out there, especially in the summertime. Also, thank you for the work you do in helping people&#039;s bodies stay healthy and pain free. Your method of trigger point helped me at a time in my life when I was in a lot of pain. I mistakenly thought &quot;raw food&quot; was all about lettuce, carrot sticks and nuts and considered it quite frankly, ho-hum...  so of course I never really looked at it with any interest. 
However, that&#039;s all changed now! The different recipes I&#039;ve sampled, are great!! 
Especially love those stuffed mushroom caps (better than most cooked ones)!
Great blog... very informative too.
Keep up the good work getting the info about the health benefits of raw food, out there!
