If you are a Cheddar Cheese LOVER like me (but cannot eat it or do choose not to eat it anymore) then you are going to LOVE this recipe!
Also, this is much healthier than the usual ones with cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
Two of the healthy ingredients in this cheeze is turmeric and coconut oil. The blend of spices and ingredients do give it a cheddar cheese taste – give it a try!
This is the perfect thing to have at a holiday gathering – or any other time for sure!
This Cheezy Spread is great on raw crackers or Mary’s Crackers (pic below) – which are all natural flax crackers.
It is also really good on veggie sticks – and I am sure you will find some other fabulous uses for it.
Recipe below and below the recipe I have a picture of putting the mixture into a mold (I used little glass bowls) but you could also use silicon muffin pans. They wouldn’t require parchment paper and would be much smoother and look better.
Below is a picture of the little glass bowl I used (actually used 2) and the parchment paper. Fill it right to the top and smooth it out. As I mentioned above – this would work better in a silicon mold.
