So…can you relate to this:

I have so much to do, I don’t have enough time to do it, I have things I want to do for myself but I just can’t take the time. I take care of my  family, my parents, my kids, my work, I have to cook and clean, do all the errands, make the appointments, see my friends, do yard work…..on and on. When does it stop!!

I find that most women’s lives are pretty crazy and busy. It is a lot of doing, doing, doing which ends up leaving you tired and exhausted. Feeling like you don’t have time to rest or relax or even to stop and just do nothing. I know, I have so been there.

But…I have also burned myself out and when that happens – nothing works in my life. I don’t want that for you.

The video I have for you today is about STRESS. If you have been unable to release extra weight you have gained, you may want to check out this video and see how stress and weight can be related.

This is the 1st video of a video series I am doing called:

“Why you may not be releasing weight or feeling great and what you can do about it”

In this 1st video I go into how STRESS can stop you from releasing weight and leave you feeling tired and exhausted. I also talk about:

  • 5 things that could be adding stress to your life that you are unaware of

  • 6 things you can do and start now to decrease the stress and feel better

I highly suggest you take time to watch this video.

I find most women now feel that they experience too much stress. Stress can be so damaging to your health, the effects don’t get better unless you start to do something about it.

Taking small consistent steps is a great place to start. Doing little things you can start now to feel better.
