What I hear most in my coaching, classes and programs is: “I don’t have enough time!” Does that sound true for you? You are busy, you have a ton of things to do every day. How can you possibly change that?

Well, you can and I go over that in the audio. Yes, no video today. I wanted to do something different .

Because I feel this is an oh so important topic I wanted to really go deep with it and do my best to help you with this. But I am approaching it differently than you may think.

In the audio we are going to take an in-depth look at how you spend your time and talk about values. After you listen to the audio you will have a much clearer picture of how you can find more time and how to rethink and restructure things so you have time to do the really important things that contribute to you leading a healthy, happy and more joyful life.

So if you are someone who says “I am so busy” then this audio can really help.

I see and hear how busy women are. It seems to be getting worse and worse. Being “too busy” is totally acceptable. Like that is just the way things are and we have to accept it. You might notice when you get together with other women you tend to talk about how busy you are, how there is just not enough time, it is seen as a fact, like that is the way it is, you talk about how busy you are and you accept it. That’s just the way it is and by doing all this, you continually to reinforce it – over and over. Like you have no choice, like the power has been taking away from you. You are busy, getting busier and there is nothing you can do about it.

Women are losing themselves, relationships are suffering, children are suffering, families are suffering and individuals are suffering. People are depressed, stressed and sick.

Can you relate? This may seem depressing. But I am going to go deep, getting to the shit and let’s look at what can be done!

Curry Avocado Spread

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2-1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2-1 tsp maple syrup or another sweetener

Scoop flesh out of avocado and place in small shallow bowl. Add lemon juice and stir well. Then add other ingredients and stir until creamy! Great on crackers, in a wrap, on celery or with carrots. Enjoy
