What are the symptoms of adrenal fatigue?
What are some natural treatments for Adrenal Fatigue?
What are adrenal glands? What do they do and how do we know if we are having problems with them? You may not realise you have problems with your adrenal glads because the symptoms can be confused with many other things. They may not seem like symptoms at all. We probably know many people who suffer from adrenal fatigue, but are undiagnosed. Instead, the symptoms they experience may be blamed on: getting older, working too much, not taking care of yourself, you just don’t have the same energy as you used to, you need a vacation, etc. These are partially true because stress is a major contributor to adrenal fatigue.
(I have a recipe for you below – almond butter truffles)
Below is a video with Kris Carr (Crazy Sexy Cancer girl) and her M.D. Dr Bock www.bockintegrative.com discussing the adrenal glands, adrenal fatigue, the symptoms involved in adrenal fatigue and some things you can do about it. (It is not a long video but gives you a bit of information).
I suffered from this in the past and it took me a long to go to my naturopath because I didn’t realize that the symptoms were a result of something that was “real” would probably not get better until I deal with it. I wanted to deal with this naturally of course, which is totally possible and worked for me. My “regular” doctor did not catch this (not surprising at all). Please watch and learn. Do some research yourself because if you are very tired, lack energy, suffer from low blood pressure, lack passion, fatigued, no sex drive, etc. you may be suffering from adrenal fatigue.
