HOW TO EAT A HIGH RAW DIET EVEN IN THE WINTER TIME
It is easy to eat a high raw diet in the summer with the warm weather and the fresh produce all around but in the winter….that is a different story.
How do you continue to eat a higher raw food diet in the winter?
Even though I live on Vancouver Island, which has the warmest winters in Canada, it is still very cold right now. The little lake right outside our home is is currently frozen over and there is a thin layer of snow on the ground.
These are the days that I crave a warm drink and a warm dinner. First thing in the morning is also when I would prefer a nice hot drink instead of a cold smoothie or juice. I recorded the video below with tips and ways of getting some really good warm drinks and food during the cold winter days.
